Terms and conditions for Classy Oy's (business ID number 2988280-1) online store at classy.fi. By using the Classy online store, you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.
The contract is created in connection with the purchase transaction, when the customer orders the product, accepts the contract terms and makes the payment. An order, and thus a contract, can only be made by a person who has reached the age of 18. In the case of a minor, the guardian's consent is required.
The prices shown in the online store include the value added tax in force at any given time. We reserve the right to change prices and correct possible price errors.
We reserve the right to make changes to product descriptions and/or products. We do not guarantee that, for example, the appearance and colors of the products completely match the product images.
Images, texts and other online store content are the property of Classy Oy or its partners. Any kind of unauthorized use and copying is prohibited.
Classy Oy can cancel the order if necessary. For example, force majeure, unavailability of a product sold in the online store due to incorrect stock balance, a pricing error made on the website, or suspicion of fraud can lead to cancellation. The customer will be notified of a possible cancellation by email. In case of cancellation, the customer will be reimbursed according to the payment method used in the order without undue delay. The customer is not entitled to compensation due to the cancellation.
All ordered products are the property of Classy Oy until we have received payment.
We reserve the right to delete multiple registrations and customer accounts for the same person.
Products are paid for when ordering using the payment method chosen by the customer. The payment brokerage service is managed by Paytrail Oy.

For the time being, products from the online store are delivered only to Finland and EU.
The delivery costs of the order are indicated in accordance with the customer's choice of delivery method in connection with the order before payment for the products and their delivery.

The customer has a 30-day exchange and return right, as long as the returned product is unused and can be resold as is. The return must be made in accordance with the given instructions.

Any person over the age of 18 can become a member of the Classy Club benefits program by registering in the Classy.fi online store. As a member, you can collect points through various activities, such as purchasing and reviewing products. Collected points can be used to redeem discount codes for future orders.
