We try to ship all orders on the next business day at the latest. Normally, an order placed before 14:00 on working days will be sent via Posti on the same day, and via Matkahuolto on the next working day. Deviating shipping times are reported on the online store's front page, or on the product pages, if the deviation is related to, for example, a product order placed in advance.
For now, we only deliver to Finland and the EU region. Send us an email if you would like delivery elsewhere.
Delivery costs may vary according to the delivery address, the total price of the products included in the order, and the delivery method and pick-up point you chose when placing the order.

Classy is not responsible for changes in delivery times and any inconvenience they may cause to the customer.
The shipment is delivered to the pick-up point or parcel locker of your choice. You will receive a message by email or text message when the shipment is available for pickup. When picking up the package, take the notice and ID you received with you. The shipment is picked up from the parcel locker with the code you received in the arrival notification.
If the shipment is picked up by someone other than the recipient indicated on it, he/she needs a power of attorney. Print and fill out Posti's power of attorney or Matkahuolto's power of attorney according to your chosen delivery method.
For home deliveries, the delivery driver will contact you to arrange a more precise time.
Practices may vary outside Finland.
For Posti shipments, the storage period during which the shipment must be picked up is 7 days, and for Matkahuolto shipments, the same 7 days. They are then returned to Classy.
Please note that failure to collect a shipment is not a cancellation or return of order, and the actual cost of such a return will be deducted from the refund.
Shipments returned to Classy can be sent again to the customer. In this case, the costs of both return and resending will be charged in full to the customer.
