Classy online store products have a 30-day right of return from the time of collection. So you can easily get to know the product before you make a final decision.
During the consideration period, store the product carefully in its original bag and delivery packaging. Also keep the return address label, return form and other material that came with the shipment.

If the shipment is damaged during transportation, the carrier must be notified as soon as possible. Take a photo of the unopened, broken package if possible.
If you have received an incorrect or incorrect product, please contact the Classy online store by email so that we can reserve a replacement product for you. The products to be returned or exchanged must be unused, like new, and the price tags and any other tags that were on them must be in place. The product must be resalable as is after return.
Apply products to clean skin, and avoid using strong fragrances.
If you have used the product, handled it carelessly or it has been washed, no refund will be made for the return.
If you have received a subscription gift as part of the delivery, and the conditions for receiving the gift are no longer met after the return, then the subscription gift must also be returned. If the gift or gifts are not returned, the value of the gifts will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
Free subscription gifts that may have been received cannot be returned, and no refunds will be made for them.
If the conditions of a possible price advantage related to the order are no longer met after a partial return of the delivery, the value of the advantage received will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
The return must include all the material that came in the shipment related to the returned product.

For postal shipments, the storage period during which the shipment must be picked up is 7 days. They are then returned to Classy.

Shipments returned to Classy can be sent again to the customer. In this case, the costs of both return and resending will be charged in full to the customer.
Classy Oy will return your payment either in full or in accordance with these conditions partially, if the return is made in accordance with the instructions and the product is in perfect condition. The refund will be made within 10 days after we have received the return.
The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method you used when placing the order. The refund is made in bank payments to the account from which the payment was originally made. In the case of payments made with financial services, credit cards or mobile payments, the refund is made back to the company that offered the payment method and it is taken into account on the customer's invoice.
For some banks and situations, we need an account number for the return, which we will ask by email.
Normal bank payment refunds, which can be made without the need to add an account number to the refund, are basically immediately visible to the customer. Returns that require an account number (e.g. S-Pankki) will be sent the next day and will be visible to the customer within 1-3 banking days, depending on the bank.
If you return all the products included in the order, we will also refund the basic delivery fee of the order. However, we do not refund the fee charged for home delivery or express delivery.
The product returned in violation of these instructions will not be refunded to the customer. A product returned as faulty can be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
